Co-Founder · Creative Director
Adam is the co-founder and creative director at Bomb + Deano's. With over a decade of experience in web design, branding, and digital strategy, he brings a blend of creativity, structure, and strategic thinking to every project. His background in English — a B.A. from TCU and a Master's from UTEP — gives him a sharp eye for language, narrative, and how people actually engage with content online.
Adam specializes in conversion-focused websites that align branding, messaging, and user experience to do more than just look good — they help businesses connect, build trust, and generate leads. Trained in conversion-focused copywriting, he also helps shape the systems behind the site, including lead capture, CRM structure, automation, and customer journeys that support long-term growth.
Matt Ramsey
Co-Founder · Head of Sales
Matt is the other co-founder and head of sales at Bomb + Deano's. He brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong background in software and technical project leadership. Throughout his career, Matt has built and led multiple online sales teams from the ground up, helping businesses scale with systems that are both effective and sustainable.
His specialties include digital strategy, CRM implementation, lead flow automation, and custom workflow development. He's passionate about building operational tools that support client acquisition, long-term growth, and stronger brand positioning — always with a focus on clarity, scalability, and results.
